The Zambia Accountability Programme (ZAP) seeks applications from qualified International Non-Governmental Organisations (INGOs), national Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Community Based Organisations (CBOs) and non-discriminatory Faith Based Organisations (FBOs) to implement a programme titled “Improved Accountability in Service Delivery in the Education Sector” aimed at raising public awareness of development issues and promoting governance and accountability in the education sector in Central, Southern and Western Provinces Zambia.

To be eligible for award, Applicants must provide all required information in their application, including the requirements found in any attachments to this Grant.

Applications that are submitted late, incomplete or are non-responsive will not be considered. Award will be made to the responsible applicant whose application best meets the requirements of this request for Applications (RFA) and the evaluation criteria contained therein.

Applications must be submitted electronically no later than Monday, 19 September 2016, 17:00 CAT to info@britishcouncil.org.zm and will be valid for 6 months.  Applications received after the due time and date will not be considered.
