We are seeking a highly motivated Programme Officer with a background in monitoring & evaluation, project & contract management and general knowledge of administration to support the Team Leader and Technical Assistance Manager in ensuring the effective delivery of the programme.

Role overview
Main duties:
•The Officer will be responsible for a full range of administrative tasks related to programme delivery.
•Accountable for ensuring efficient and effective deployment of programme management systems in accordance with agreed procedures.
•Accountable for leading on supporting the effective day to day implementation of the ZESSTA internal monitoring and evaluation framework.
•Accountable for ensuring that logistics and procurement support to ZESSTA team is running smoothly.
•Knowledge and information management.
Essential requirements for the job:
•Experience and knowledge of monitoring & evaluation
•Knowledge of principles and practices of basic project management
•Knowledge of relevant software
•Basic knowledge of financial management
•At least two years’ proven experience
•Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation or equivalent
•Legal right to live and work in Zambia
